I was actually taking a photo of the purple flower with the red berries in the background when I noticed the fuzzy guy crawling around. Turns out, there were several of the caterpillars munching on the plants all around where I was shooting tonight. I took a lot of close-up photos of him, but this one turned out to be the most interesting.
I eventually picked it up and it just wanted to crawl all over me. I loved it. I've always wanted to take them home and get them to form a cocoon and wait for them to transform into a butterfly, but whenever I take them home, they die, so I'm not doing that again. I'm not a killer!
